Articore Group said that its CFO Rob Doyle has resigned, citing a change in the company’s leadership needs amid a commitment to cost discipline.

Doyle will remain in the company as an advisor until the end of the financial year to assist in the transition of his responsibilities.

“As the group has evolved in both size and profile since Rob’s appointment, our organisational needs have naturally shifted,” Martin Hosking, Articore MD and CEO, said.

“In light of this, and consistent with our ongoing commitment to cost discipline, Rob and I have come to the difficult decision that the group’s requirements for leadership of the finance function have also changed.”

The board will assess the additional support needed for the group’s finance operations and provide an update to investors in due course.

Articore owns and operates online marketplaces, Redbubble.com and TeePublic.com.
