Brisbane's newest retail property redevelopment has been unveiled by Property Partners QLD. The new $13 million refurbishing of the Warner Village shopping centre in Brisbane’s northside will house over 40 stores and is expected to be a major draw for Brisbane shoppers.
"Set for completion by Christmas 2014, the new look retail precinct has already been committed to by national retailers Woolworths and Aldi and will feature extensive alfresco dining areas and 40 specialty stores," said Richard Kenyon, Director of Warner Village.
“We definitely believe that growth in Brisbane’s outer suburbs presents a solid investment opportunity.
“As these suburbs become more attractive for residents, there is an increased need for infrastructure that will accommodate this growth and the expectations of the population.
“The Warner Village redevelopment will enable residents to access a diversity of retail brands and specialty stores as well as high quality dining and entertainment services.”
