Wingstop has partnered with audio technology platform QSIC to deliver a customised in-store music experience at its first Australian location in Sydney.
The quick-service restaurant chain, which has built a global presence with over 2,500 locations, engaged QSIC to curate a branded music environment for its Australian debut.
The Sydney store opened following months of social media engagement that helped build anticipation among local consumers.
QSIC, an in-store audio platform founded in Australia, uses AI and data intelligence to design music experiences tailored to retail and hospitality brands.
For Wingstop, the company developed a customised audio profile intended to reflect the brand’s identity and customer environment.
“As we opened our first location in Australia, we wanted every detail to reflect the bold and energetic personality of our brand. Partnering with QSIC allows us to bring the Wingstop brand to life through music, creating a vibe that’s distinctly ours from the moment guests walk through the door,” said Locky Paech, Corporate Operations Director at Wingstop.
“Customers want to hear music that complements a store and enhances their experience, not just today’s top hits or elevator music. With Wingstop, we’re building an audio experience that’s as bold and intentional as the brand itself,” said Brad Montgomery, Commercial Lead APAC at QSIC.
Wingstop’s Sydney launch adds to QSIC’s growing portfolio, which includes work with McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, and Coles/Reddy Express.
The company delivers in-store audio across multiple sectors globally, including grocery, convenience, fashion, and specialty retail.
