Umall, Australia’s largest online Asian supermarket, has launched select products from Pangdonglai, a well-known Chinese retail chain, marking the brand’s debut in the land down under.

Pangdonglai operates 13 stores and has generated over $2 billion in annual revenue.

Umall’s Pangdonglai product offering includes snacks, beverages, and daily necessities, exclusively for customers in Australia.

These items are available through Umall’s same-day and next-day delivery service, serving over 30,000 households.

“This is more than just a product launch. Pangdonglai represents a retail philosophy that prioritizes dignity, quality, and care — values that UMall deeply shares. We’re excited to deliver this elevated retail experience to Australian consumers,” said Roc Zhang, Director of Umall.

This launch represents Pangdonglai’s first presence in an international market and reflects Umall’s dedication to providing culturally relevant products to Chinese-Australian consumers and the broader public.
