The Cheesecake Shop is set to open its 250th store in Sydney’s Marsden Park on Saturday.
The franchise store, owned by Nidhi Sharma, is The Cheesecake Shop‘s 47th store in NSW and one of its 10 new bakeries planned for 2025.
“Opening our 250th store is an incredibly proud milestone, but what it makes truly meaningful is the story behind it,” Scott Bush, The Cheesecake Shop CEO said.
“Franchise partners like Nidhi are the heart and soul of The Cheesecake Shop, and their passion, dedication, and drive to deliver joy to their communities is what fuels our success.”
Over the past 18 months, The Cheesecake Shop opened 15 new bakeries across Australia and New Zealand.
It also extended trading hours and rolled out an updated menu, combining classic fan favourites with modern flavours.
