The Calmer Co. has launched its Taki Mai 1oz and 4oz kava tinctures on Amazon, expanding availability to online consumers.
These tinctures are the first in the company’s US rollout, to be followed by flavored Taki Mai shots and stick packs. The development is part of The Calmer Co.’s expansion of its kava wellness portfolio in the US.
“Our high potency tinctures represent the next evolution of our kava product range. We’ve responded to clear demand for potent, versatile products that integrate seamlessly into wellness and relaxation routines,” said Zane Yoshida, CEO of The Calmer Co.
“With these tinctures leading our US product launch, we’re introducing a product that’s effective, premium, and well suited to the Amazon consumer.”
The US market accounts for 29 per cent of the company’s revenue, a number projected to increase as new product formats are introduced.
Amazon subscription sales make up 28 per cent of monthly volume and continue to soar, reflecting strong customer retention and interest for wellness offerings.
Amazon anticipates 45 percent growth in kava product sales, while the wider market is broadening at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) exceeding 16 percent.
The Calmer Co. said it is poised to lead, with the US$11.16 million Amazon tincture category rising at 18 per cent a year, presenting a tactical opportunity for Taki Mai tinctures.
