Temu has partnered with cloud-based shipping software provider ShipStation to simplify logistics for Australian merchants.
The move is part of Temu’s broader effort to onboard more local sellers through its newly launched local-to-local program.
The integration allows Australian sellers to connect their Temu storefronts directly to ShipStation, enabling real-time order syncing and automating fulfilment tasks such as label printing, order routing, and delivery tracking. The aim is to streamline operations and help businesses meet customer demand more efficiently.
Temu opened its platform to domestic sellers in March 2025, positioning itself as a low-cost e-commerce channel for local businesses to reach more consumers and speed up delivery times. The company says the addition of ShipStation gives merchants greater control over logistics and offers access to discounted shipping rates and efficiency tools.
“ShipStation is dedicated to enabling merchants to succeed, everywhere they sell,” said Michael Haswell, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Auctane, ShipStation’s parent company.
“Our integration with Temu reflects this commitment by providing sellers with the tools they need to efficiently manage orders and deliver exceptional customer experiences.”
A Temu spokesperson added that the partnership is part of a broader plan to offer sellers practical tools and reliable support.
“Through our partnership with ShipStation, merchants can simplify fulfilment, improve delivery performance, and expand their reach across the country,” the spokesperson said.
Temu entered the Australian market in March 2023. According to Similarweb’s 2025 Digital 100 Australia report, the marketplace is now the country’s fastest-growing website, with a 72 per cent year-on-year increase in unique visitors.
