PepsiCo has named Alexia Horley as CEO of Australia and New Zealand Foods, effective July 21, 2025.

PepsiCo has named Alexia Horley as CEO of Australia and New Zealand Foods, effective July 21, 2025.

Horley currently serves as the General Manager of Australia Foods at PepsiCo.

“I’m committed to building on our strong foundations and driving sustainable growth across every part of the ANZ Foods business and most importantly continue to deliver the best snacks to Aussie and Kiwi consumers under our iconic portfolio of brands,” said Horley.

She joined the company in 2005 and has held various senior roles across Australia and Asia Pacific, including as Chief Commercial Officer for Australia Foods and GM of Beverages for the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Kyle Faulconer, current CEO of PepsiCo ANZ, will return to the US, where he was appointed as SVP of PepsiCo North America Commercial.

Stephan Anderson will remain as GM of ANZ Beverages and CFO of ANZ at PepsiCo.
