KFC Australia has opened a new restaurant in Claremont Meadows.

KFC Australia has opened a new restaurant in Claremont Meadows at 578 Great Western Highway, equipped with a modern drive-thru and digital ordering system. The location is expected to generate 65 employment opportunities for the local population.

The establishment uses advanced quick-service restaurant technology, including KFC’s updated workflow system, dual-lane drive-thru, and digital ordering. These features speed up service and improve order accuracy. The site is also powered by a 16.5kW solar power system and building automation, providing renewable energy and lowering energy use.

Alicia Hawkins, who brings 10 years of experience with KFC, leads the newly opened restaurant. Assistant Restaurant Manager positions are held by Veronica Mark and Kiya Van Den Brink, who have worked at KFC for 5 years and 4 years, respectively.

“The KFC Claremont Meadows team is delighted to welcome local KFC fans who can now get their hands on our delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken. For locals who want to get a taste of KFC from the comfort of their home, delivery will also be available,” said Hawkins.

KFC offers in-person and digital training programs to support its Team Members’ personal development, help them make a positive impact, and find enjoyment in the workplace and beyond.
