JAX Tyres & Auto Pymble franchisee Brad Micallef is celebrating a decade of serving the local community this October, marking 10 years of providing trusted automotive and tyre services.

Since opening, the Pymble store has built a strong reputation for honest service, quality workmanship and customer care. The business has grown steadily over the years, adapting to the evolving needs of local drivers and earning the confidence of the community.

Brad began his automotive career at 16 as an apprentice mechanic before progressing through a range of roles in the dealership industry and eventually opening his own JAX Tyres & Auto franchise.

“Customers today are more informed than ever. Many walk through the door already knowing what they want, so our job is to make sure their expectations are met and exceeded. That’s why customer service is so critical – for my team the focus is on transparency, from the advice we offer, to how we communicate throughout the entire process,” said Brad Micallef, JAX Tyres & Auto Pymble franchisee.

Beyond the workshop, Brad and his team support local organisations including Ku-ring-gai Little Athletics and Northern Tigers FC, reflecting their ongoing commitment to community engagement.

Brad said the business’s success is also driven by the loyalty and dedication of his team.

“Having a loyal team who share the same values makes all the difference. We’ve been able to create a culture where people want to do their best, not just for the business, but for each other and our customers.”

JAX Tyres & Auto has operated since 1949 and began franchising in 1993. The brand now has 94 locations nationwide, with 86 independently owned by franchisees and more than 1,000 employees across Australia.
