Fiserv has acquired Pinch Payments, a payment facilitator serving about 2,000 merchants in Australia and New Zealand.
The acquisition announcement follows Fiserv’s launch of point-of-sale system Clover in Australia.
Pinch Payments is known for its management platform Glassbox that helps companies simplify day-to-day operations and comply with regulatory requirements.
