Cue Clothing has named Melanie Remai as its new CEO, succeeding Simon Schofield, weeks after the Levis family sold the company to Hilco.
Remai will also lead Cue Clothing’s sister brand Veronika Maine. Currently, she is the general manager of Trenery under Country Road Group.
She previously held key leadership positions in various companies including Calvin Klein, Gap, Fiorucci, APG & Co, Victoria’s Secret, Pacific Sunwear, and Abercrombie & Fitch.
“The Cue & Veronika Maine brands are synonymous with iconic Australian design and quality clothing,” Remai said.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to lead such talented and dedicated people who have shaped this much-loved retailer.”
