Castle Towers will open its new Level 3 Designer Precinct on November 13, 2025, introducing a key retail and lifestyle hub in Sydney’s north-west.
The precinct will feature Australian and international fashion brands such as Aje, Kivari, Oroton, PE Nation, Tommy Hilfiger, and Polo Ralph Lauren. Refreshed stores from R.M. Williams and Camilla will also open, with more store openings planned for early 2026.
The launch marks a major step in Castle Towers’ long-term development strategy, strengthening its place as the main lifestyle and retail spot in the Hills District. The opening will include exclusive in-store activations and offers like a $50 Castle Towers gift card for the first 50 daily customers who spend a minimum of $300 across participating designer stores from November 13 to 16.
The celebrations will extend through Black Friday period (November 28 to 30) and the next weekend (December 6 to 7), with an exclusive bar and lounge presenting live music, drinks, canapés, and prizes. Shoppers can also engage in the Spend to Win promotion (November 20 to December 14) for a chance to win gift cards worth thousands of dollars, along with a $2,000 Castle Towers gift card for one winner.
The Hills District continues to be one of Sydney’s fastest-growing and wealthiest areas, with a trade population area of more than 270,000 and household incomes 17 percent higher than the Sydney average. Forecasts project 65,000 more residents in the next decade, making the Designer Precinct well-positioned to cater to the strong demand for high-end fashion and lifestyle offerings.
“This Designer Precinct reflects our strategic focus on elevating Castle Towers’ retail mix. By introducing aspirational Australian and international brands, we’re creating a differentiated retail destination that meets the expectations of a growing and affluent customer base while supporting the centre’s long-term commercial growth,” said Anthony Wilson, General Manager at Castle Towers.
“We’re proud to deliver a precinct that not only elevates the customer experience but also demonstrates Castle Towers’ ability to attract world-class retail brands to the Hills.”
