Cashrewards is investing in the growth of its retail media arm, Circuit Media, with a goal to triple revenue in FY25.
The company has appointed Aaron Macarthur as Head of Sales to lead Circuit’s go-to-market strategy and oversee revenue generation. Macarthur brings extensive experience in commercial operations and digital media.
The business has also made several other senior appointments. Lauren Beach, formerly of Cartology, and Rosalinde Czysnok, previously at News Corp, have joined as Senior Circuit Sales Managers.
Hayden Skelton, who previously worked at Zuru, has been appointed to focus on B2B marketing and sales strategy.
In addition, Ellie Mannix has moved internally from Senior Business Development Manager to Senior Circuit Sales Manager.
These hires follow the initial launch of Circuit Media in FY24, which attracted brands including Temu, Hubbl, Chemist Warehouse, and Estée Lauder.
As part of a broader structural change, Circuit Media now reports directly to Cashrewards Chief Marketing Officer, Zara Cobb.
The company said the shift is intended to align its marketing and media functions more closely and improve platform visibility and campaign performance.
Looking ahead, Cashrewards is introducing a Supplier Funded Offers model, designed to allow suppliers to promote offers across multiple retailers through a single campaign. The model will provide advertisers with access to closed-loop attribution and targeted audience segmentation.
Circuit Media currently gives brands access to a network of more than 2.5 million Cashrewards members, positioning it among the newer entrants in Australia’s growing retail media sector.
