The Bastille Festival, a well-established winter event in Sydney, will return in 2025 to offer a celebration of French food, wine, and culture.
Scheduled to take place from Thursday, July 17 to July 20, 2025, the festival will feature over 120 exhibitors and 80 dishes, with offerings ranging from classic French food such as raclette, escargots, crêpes, and macarons, to more modern interpretations and collaborations.
Its wine program will highlight wines from eight key French regions, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Provence, providing a diverse selection for attendees.
The festival will also offer a range of live performances, with over 100 free shows across the four days. These will include concerts, street theatre, acrobatic displays, and other entertainment across Circular Quay and The Rocks.
Bastille Festival will also expand to Adelaide for the first time this year. The Adelaide edition will take place from May 30 to June 1, 2025, offering a similar celebration of French culture, food, and wine at Festival Plaza.
