The Café & Coffee Show, organised by National Media, will launch from May 25 to 27, 2026 at the International Convention Centre Sydney as part of Food & Hospitality Week.
Designed for hospitality and retail buyers, the event will focus on the latest innovations, products, trends, and business opportunities within the industry.
The show is expected to draw owners, managers, baristas, and buyers from cafés, bakeries, coffee shops, QSRs, and convenience retailers, from independent operators to major chains.
Over three days, the program will feature a curated exhibition, networking sessions, expert-led content, competitions, and practical training to boost profits, improve customer service, and optimise operations.
“Cafés and coffee shops are at the heart of Australia’s hospitality culture, yet there hasn’t been a dedicated trade event in Sydney catering to their unique needs in almost a decade – so we’re changing all that,” said Mike Hill, Portfolio Director at National Media.
“This event brings the entire supply ecosystem together – from specialty coffee and teas, cold beverages, breakfast items, artisan breads, sweet treats and baked goods, to lunch options, grab-and-go products, hospitality tech, equipment and packaging, and everything in between.”
Hill added that the event was developed in consultation with leading industry figures to address a clear market gap.
“The idea came from conversations with suppliers looking for a more targeted platform to reach this complex and fragmented sector. That sentiment was echoed by the café and coffee community, who felt existing events were falling short on delivering the right products or content relevant to their businesses.”
