The Winning Group has teamed up with hybris to strengthen its e-commerce platform.
The Winning Group has installed hybris’ multi-channel e-commerce solution across the entire company including its online arms, Appliances Online and Big Brown Box, as well as its bricks and mortar outlet Winning Appliances and Winning Bathrooms.
“Winning Group is experiencing strong demand and year-on-year growth, so it’s essential we invest in the right technology to help ensure we have a solid e-commerce platform for future growth. This is crucial for any business wanting to succeed in the current retail market,” John Winning, CEO Winning Group, said.
According to the company, the implantation of the solution will help improve its customer service and allow it deliver a seamless and more personalised online customer experience.

The Winning Group will start to roll-out the new software by the end of the year.
