Online retail sales technology will be one of the key focuses as part of BSR Group’s strategic plan for 2012.
The owner of Better Electrical and Better Home Living aims to refresh its brand to grow its membership.
Speaking at the BSR National Conference 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey, CEO Graeme Cunningham said the company wants to refine its branding and marketing while focussing on the needs of its target audience.
“We have also restructured our marketing and merchandising departments to ensure BSR Group’s goals are achieved in the most efficient and streamlined way,” he said.
“We have just expanded into online retail sales and we believe that this will become a key component of our company’s business in the future.
“Online shopping is a quick, easy and convenient solution for people who are time poor. Thanks to our new website, our customers can now shop in the comfort of their home.
“Online sales will help us expand our customer base throughout Australia.”
The annual BSR National Conference 2011 was held in Istanbul from August 2-6.
