Due to internal business growth, two additional Business Development roles have been created within our Learning and Development division. We are looking for a tenacious and driven person to source and convert opportunities in order to maximise revenue and grow the existing client base.

It is essential that you have a proven track record in a structured Sales environment within a dynamic organisation, exposure to a RTO or a Human Resource Solutions organisation would be seen as advantageous. Experience within the hospitality, retail, travel & leisure sectors is also highly desirable.

You will be self confident, dynamic and be comfortable working autonomously to achieve sales targets in an extremely fast paced environment. Highly regarded will be your ability to make an impact on our clients business and their people by selling Human Resource Solutions which include; tailored L&D, Traineeship and Vocational Education solutions.

You will be a proactive and motivated individual, and must be able to work with a predominantly corporate client base. Strong support will be provided from your team and the broader organisations marketing efforts.  A competitive salary and incentive scheme is on offer, tools of the trade include: laptop and mobile phone allowance.
